Global Effect is a Christian humanitarian organization.  Our vision is to serve impoverished communities around the world by equipping them to transform their socio-economic, physical and spiritual well-being.

Our mission is to partner with local government, business, church and school leaders to develop and implement a grassroots transformation plan that is sustainable and life-giving for the community.

Our Transformation Strategy
We work with communities one-on-one.  Following a 4-pronged strategic process, a unique transformation plan is developed for every project we undertake.  Our approach is holistic and driven by the belief that every community dynamic is unique as are their grassroots’ needs. Our collaboration with local leaders naturally foster dynamics that can accommodate sustainable transformation, allow greater flexibility and ongoing growth. 

Our Motivation
We are motivated to serve from a deeply held conviction that we are all treasured creations of a loving God.  It is our hope and desire that those we serve witness the authenticity of our faith in Jesus Christ and want to know Him, too.
