Global Effect offers meaningful short-term mission trip opportunities for churches, groups and families to work alongside our ministry to bring sustainable transformation in the communities we serve. Your participation in short term mission trips is essential for the timely implementation of this community transformation.

We will customize your trip to include any of our ministry projects you are most interested in. Ministry projects have been designed using research that Global Effect has completed in partnership with the local church and community leaders. We continue to build on this research from the completed work of prior Transformation Teams. Our current Ministry activities and projects include: Water Filter Distribution, Baseball Camps and Clinics, Children's Ministry, Construction Projects, Men's and Women's Conferences, Character Counts Public School Programs, Business Development and Micro Financing.

You may also choose to experience the incredible people, nature and culture of one of God's most beautiful creations, the island of the Dominican Republic. Past teams have experienced excursions from remote beach trips and snorkeling on coral reefs, hiking the mountains to breathtaking waterfalls and views or rafting down the scenic rivers. We have various accommodations in the city of La Vega or the mountains of Jarabacoa depending on your desires and/or budget. Our goal is to provide your group with a safe, fun and life changing mission trip that they will never forget.
